Q. Will you accept my insurance? Unfortunately no, RxNorth.com cannot accept foreign insurance. The pharmacy can provide you with a proper receipt for insurance purposes. Your insurance company may or may not accept the receipts from Canada.
Q. How do I pay for my order? The pharmacy accepts Visa and Mastercard. They also accept certified check and international or bank money order for mail orders. Please make payable to RxNorth.com.
Ordering online requires the use of a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), if you need to use an alternate method of payment, please call our toll free number 1-888-773-2698 to place your order over the phone with our customer service specialists.
Q. Can you bill my credit card from Canada?
Most of the time we can charge your credit card without any issues, but some credit card companies block charges to your card that originate from a foreign country. Payment cannot be collected even when the correct credit card information has been provided. That means the order will be delayed.
We suggest you contact your credit card company to notify them that you expect a charge from RxNorth.com, in Canada, and ask them to remove any blocks on that charge.
