Over the past few weeks, the Canadian government has let it be known that they are considering new legislation that may close or seriously curtail the Canadian Internet pharmacy industry. If you had heard this in the media, I understand this could be concerning to you.
We are fortunate that RxNorth.com is a global fulfillment organization. While we source products all over the world, every product we obtain fully complies with the strict safety and quality assurance standards of Health Canada, the equivalent of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
We have several dispensaries located throughout the British Commonwealth, including London England, and we are opening more locations to ensure that we are able to provide you with medications at the best possible prices. Thus, if we can no longer provide your medications from Canada, we will continue to supply you from one of these alternate dispensaries.
In recent weeks, you may have experienced longer than usual waiting times at our telephone call center. We apologize for this. Our call center volume has expanded tremendously, and we are immediately adding more customer service agents to respond to your needs. Lastly, as a result of shipping from our other global locations and the Christmas order backlog, we are experiencing some shipping delays. Please be patient, as these delays may add two to three weeks to delivery.
